Joelle is a on-location photographer based out of Lincoln California serving Northern California and beyond. 

Specializing in maternity, children, families, couples, graduates and more.  

Joelle has been recognized three years in a row on 

Sacramento's KCRA *A-LIST as Top 5 Portrait Photographers in the Sacramento area in 

2010, 2011 & 2012.

Hello! I am Joelle and this is my family. These are the people who inspire me to slow down and take in the beauty of ordinary day to day life.  My camera allows me to freeze those moments, and I love sharing it with others.  I started developing a passion for photography back in 2003 while living on the island of Oahu.  A few years after moving back to California and working a steady 8-5 job, I decided to take the plunge and started working photography as a profession in 2007.  The rest is history!  I love photographing people!  My passion for babies, children and families reflect in my work as I always strive to capture "Real Life" moments in a fun, unique and relaxed style. Believing that your experience and satisfaction matters, I hope to leave you feeling excited and inspired by my work.  My goal is to capture memories that you and your family will always treasure!

I am an on-location photographer, which means that I come to you! We can meet at a favorite park, your home, or a fun location where everyone is comfortable. Ideal locations usually offer simple backgrounds along with being naturally lit.  If you're unsure of a good location, I can recommend several locations based upon the inspiration of the look you're going for.  

Instead of posing stiff saying "CHEESE" for the camera, we hang out, walk, talk, laugh, and have fun!!!  Your job is to just be YOU, and I'll do the rest!  

As a mom, I know the importance of schedules and will work to be as flexible as possible in scheduling your session.  Photo sessions can typically last anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours based upon number of people, clothing changes, and locations.
